The study uses literature research and case analysis methods to analyze the shortcomings of traditional supply chain management models, explore the advantages of supply chain information systems, and their specific application in small and medium-sized communication equipment enterprises. Through a survey of several companies' actual situations, it was found that small and medium-sized communication equipment enterprises have various problems in the production process, including information barriers in the upstream and downstream of the supply chain, and improper inventory management. Therefore, it is necessary to use the supply chain information system to solve these problems. Finally, this study proposes the suggestions and specific implementation plans for small and medium-sized communication equipment enterprises to introduce supply chain information systems to improve their operations.Keywords: small and medium-sized enterprises; communication equipm...
