This paper aims to compare the funding systems for college students in China and the United States, analyze the differences and reasons between the two countries, and explore the possibility and prospects of future Sino-US education exchanges.This paper first briefly describes the background and overview of the funding systems for Chinese and American college students, including China's domestic financial aid and scholarship system and the US federal financial aid and school scholarship system. Then, we compare the funding systems of the two countries, analyze the differences in funding sources, application conditions, and usage restrictions, and analyze the reasons for their differences.
