The purpose of this article is to study the chemical composition of yizhiren, including the extraction, separation, identification and quantitative analysis of the main chemical components.Firstly, the total flavonoids of yizhiren were extracted by ultrasound extraction method, and purified by silica gel column chromatography. The structure of the compounds was identified by high-performance liquid chromatography. Secondly, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was used to analyze the volatile oil of yizhiren, and the main volatile components were quantitatively analyzed.Finally, based on the quantitative analysis of the main chemical components of yizhiren, the differences in chemical composition of yizhiren from different producing areas and harvesting seasons were compared to explore the effects of growth environment, harvesting method and other factors on chemical composition.Keywords: Yizhiren, chemical composition, extraction, separation, identification, quantitative analysis.
