CENP-F shRNA lentivirus was transfected into human fibroblasts, and the proliferation, apoptosis, and cell cycle changes of cells were observed by MTT, flow cytometry, cell cycle detection and apoptosis detection. The results showed that CENP-F shRNA lentivirus transfection could significantly inhibit the proliferation of human fibroblasts, and significantly promote cell apoptosis. At the same time, the G1 phase of cell cycle in the CENP-F shRNA transfection group was significantly prolonged, while the proportion of S phase and G2/M phase was significantly reduced. In conclusion, CENP-F shRNA lentivirus transfection can inhibit the proliferation ability of fibroblasts and promote their apoptosis, which provides a theoretical basis for disease treatment.Keywords: CENP-F shRNA; lentivirus transfection; fibroblasts; proliferation ability; apoptosis.
