精品文档---下载后可任意编辑临床专业实习生心理健康状况及其影响因素讨论开题报告【摘要】本文通过对临床专业实习生的心理健康状况进行调查和分析，探讨了实习生心理健康状况的现状和影响因素，为保障实习生身心健康提供参考建议。首先，通过文献综述了解到实习生普遍存在心理健康问题，如焦虑、抑郁、工作压力等，这些问题不仅影响着实习生自身的身心健康，也会对其工作质量和安全性产生负面影响。其次，我们设计了问卷进行调查，并分析了 500 名实习生的问卷结果。结果显示，实习生整体的心理健康水平属于一般及以上水平，但存在一定比例的实习生心理健康状况较差。最后，我们对实习生心理健康状况的影响因素进行了分析，包括个人因素和工作因素。个人因素主要包括年龄、性别、学历等，而工作因素主要包括工作强度、工作内容、实习时间等。其中，工作因素对实习生心理健康状况影响更直接。【关键词】实习生；心理健康状况；影响因素【Abstract】This paper investigates and analyzes the mental health status of clinical interns, and explores the current status and influencing factors of interns' mental health, providing reference suggestions for safeguarding the mental and physical health of interns.Firstly, through literature review, it is found that interns generally have mental health problems, such as anxiety, depression, and work stress, which not only affect their own physical and mental health, but also have negative impact on their work quality and safety.Secondly, we designed a questionnaire to investigate and analyze the questionnaire results of 500 interns. The results showed that the overall mental health level of interns was generally above average, but there was a certain proportion of interns with poor mental health status.精品文档---下载后可任意编辑Finally, we analyzed the influencing factors of interns' mental health status, including personal factors and work factors.
