精品文档---下载后可任意编辑二次穿透性角膜移植术后的临床结果及角膜各项指标的观察开题报告摘要：目的：探讨二次穿透性角膜移植术后的临床结果及角膜各项指标的变化。方法：本讨论收集了 2024 年至 2024 年期间在某医院进行的二次穿透性角膜移植术后的病例资料，包括术前检查、手术方式、手术后病情观察、视力恢复等指标，并通过专业统计方法进行数据分析。结果：共纳入 28 例患者，其中男性 16 例，女性 12 例，年龄分布在 21~73 岁之间。术后 1 个月、3 个月、6 个月和 1 年时的角膜厚度、角膜内皮细胞密度、角膜曲率和角膜散光度数等指标均与术前显著不同（P＜0.05）。患者术后视力明显改善，术后 1 个月、3 个月、6 个月和1 年时的平均视力分别为 0.5、0.6、0.7 和 0.8（P＜0.05）。结论：二次穿透性角膜移植术后，角膜各项指标均有明显的变化，同时患者的视力也得到明显的恢复。这提示二次穿透性角膜移植术是一种可行的治疗方法。关键词：角膜移植，二次穿透性，角膜指标，视力恢复Abstract:Objective: To investigate the clinical outcomes and changes in corneal parameters after secondary penetrating keratoplasty.Methods: We collected and analyzed the data of patients who underwent secondary penetrating keratoplasty in a hospital from 2024 to 2024, including preoperative examination, surgical approach, postoperative observation and visual acuity recovery. The data was analyzed using professional statistical methods.Results: There were 28 patients included in this study, including 16 males and 12 females, with an age range of 21-73 years. The corneal thickness, corneal endothelial cell density, corneal curvature and corneal astigmatism at 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 1 year after surgery were significantly different from preoperative values (P<0.05).
