This paper takes Yunnan Yuanxin Technology Co., Ltd. as the research object, starting from the concept of corporate culture, discusses the significance of corporate culture and its role in the long-term development of enterprises; through research methods such as questionnaire surveys and interviews, analyzes the existing corporate culture of Yunnan Yuanxin Technology Co., Ltd., and finds that the corporate culture has shortcomings and deficiencies.
