精品文档---下载后可任意编辑本文论述了井下有害气体(甲烷)浓度光纤传感在线检测系统。同时对矿井瓦斯爆炸的灾害特点进行了叙述,分析我国现有矿井检测装置特点及不足之处,并对该装置的基本原理进行了详细的论述。系统传感头利用 CH4μm 处的谐波吸收谱工作。系统采纳双波长差分吸收的工作方式,消除了非光吸收的其他散射和微扰等影响。用于检测瓦斯气体浓度的光纤瓦斯气体传感器在采矿、化工、石油等工业中 ,尤其在恶劣和危险的环境中 ,具有宽阔的应用前景。系统中的下位机采纳 AT89S52 对井下有害气体进行多点巡回检测、数据采集处理、气体浓度信息管理。最后对实验结果进行了讨论。关键词: 井下气体 光纤传感器 单片机 在线检测TITLE : Mine Gas SCM Fiber Sensor Control SystemAbstractThe paper discusses a kind of poison gas (CH4) optic fiber sensor system which detects the poison gas concentration in long distance. The paper first introduces the features of mine disaster, especially the fire damp explosion, it analyses the characteristics in China and brings forwards the application as well as the principle of mine-visualizing rescue instrument in detail.wavelength-division multiplexer technology .By use of the CH4,the sensor of the system works in the harmonic absorption spectrum at 1.331μm.Optic fiber methane gas sensors which are used to measure the concentration of methane have a wide application prospect in mining, chemical, oil and many other industries, especially in hazardous and hostile environments. The guest computer AT89S52 is introduced for data processing, multipoint detecting tour. IPC is responsible for poison gas concentration information management.
