日处理万t万t中水净化中心工艺设计—毕业设计

此次设计为某日处理 6 万 t、2 万 t 中水净化中心工艺设计。依据设计任务书提供的设计水质、水量，根据城市所处的地理位置和污水厂的规模，根据设计说明书要求，并通过工艺比选，确定污水处理厂采纳卡鲁塞尔氧化沟工艺。通过此工艺的处理，出水水质可达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》（GB18918-2024）一级 B 标准。进行了污水处理厂主要构筑物的工艺设计、设备选型及水力计算，在此基础上，进行了污水厂的平面布置和高程计算。绘制了工艺流程图、平面布置图以及主要构筑物的单体设计图。关键词：污水处理；卡鲁塞尔氧化沟The project design is the process design of the 60thausands t wastewater treatment and 20thsausands t reused water producing. According to the design document, local geographical position and scale of sewage treatment plantcombined with the demand of nitrogen and phosphorous removal in treatment process, A/A/Cprocess was selected.
