精品文档---下载后可任意编辑毕业设计(论文)AGV 智能充电站的设计及应用二零一四年五月编 号 摘 要AGV 是自动导引运输车(Automated Guided Vehicle)的英文缩写,是指装备有电磁或光学等自动导引装置,能够沿规定的导引路径行驶,具有安全保护以及各种移载功能的运输车。普遍应用于自动化物流系统,在物流系统中担负平面运输设备的自动引导车,是物流系统的重要组成部分。AGV 一般以电池为动力,也有用非接触能量传输系统--CPS(Contactless Power System)为动力的。目前对充电机等 AGV 能源供给系统的讨论设计较少,另外当前新建充电站普遍实行无人值守或少人值守,这就要求充电机的可靠性及自动化程度更高,功能更加完善,能够具有较高的免维护性。此次智能充电站在设计上为保证设备常年连续运行的可靠性,CPU 设计采纳西门子 S7-220 CPU224XP PLC,HMI 设计采纳步科 ET070 型号触摸屏作为人机交互界面,主整流器设计采纳了三相桥式全控整流电路,控制电路采纳数字闭环控制触发电路,具有可靠性高、三相平衡性好、相序自适应能力强等优点,同时具有自动限压恒流功能、过压过流保护功能及软起动等功能。本文主要介绍了 AGV 智能充电站的工作原理、功能简介、外围硬件电路设计及 PLC 控制方式等。关键词:AGV 智能充电站;PLC;自动化物流系统;HMI;三相桥式全控整流电路 ABSTRACTAGV is homing transporter (Automated Guided Vehicle), is equipped with electromagnetic or optical automatic guiding device, such as Guided by the move to routes, which has the function of security protection and a variety of transfer truck.
