Phosphate conversion coatings are a new type of corrosion-resistant material with excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical properties, suitable for aviation, aerospace and other fields. However, due to the complexity of the formation mechanism and formation process of phosphate conversion coatings, as well as the high reactivity and low corrosion resistance of magnesium alloys, their application is hindered.
