This article studies the distribution of opioid growth factor in the body of the snail Achatina fulica and its effect on its growth and development. Through experimental methods, tissue samples from different parts of A. fulica were collected, and the content of opioid growth factor was detected by ELISA technology. At the same time, the growth and development were observed and recorded to explore the role of opioid growth factor in the growth and development of A. fulica.
