Firstly, we introduce the characteristics of difficult-to-cut materials and their cutting difficulties. Then, we analyze the cutting dynamics issues such as cutting force, cutting temperature, and cutting vibration during the spiral milling hole process. Finally, we design a corresponding experimental plan to verify the theoretical analysis.The significance of this study lies in exploring the cutting dynamics laws of difficult-to-cut materials in the challenging process of spiral milling holes, providing theoretical and experimental support for optimizing cutting parameters and improving processing efficiency.【Keywords】difficult-to-cut materials; spiral milling holes; cutting dynamics; experimental research
