Rosiglitazone is a widely used drug for diabetes treatment, which can affect the differentiation and metabolism of adipose tissue cells. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of rosiglitazone on the function of 3T3-L1 preadipocytes and its mechanism. The paper will focus on the effects of rosiglitazone on the differentiation, lipid accumulation and glucose metabolism of 3T3-L1 preadipocytes, as well as its role in regulating related signaling pathways.
