However, the water cooling control problem in the continuous casting process has an important influence on the quality and structure of the steel. This paper aims to establish a dynamic control model for the water cooling of the second cooling section in the continuous casting of Shougang billet, and to carry out its implementation and research. This paper will introduce the research status of water cooling control technology, discuss the construction method and related experimental results of the model. This paper will first introduce the theoretical basis of the model, and then discuss the specific steps and core algorithm of model construction. At the same time, this paper will verify the performance and stability of the model through computer simulation and actual experiments.
