精品文档---下载后可任意编辑香稻分子育种及香味机理的初步讨论的开题报告【摘要】稻米是世界上最重要的粮食之一,其香味是稻米品质的重要指标之一,然而,香味的形成机理至今仍然未知。本文旨在进行香稻分子育种及香味机理的初步讨论,以深化探究香稻的形成机理,提高稻米品质与产量。本文首先对香稻的形成机理及相关讨论进行了综述,随后,在香稻品种的基础上,设计了两组不同的杂交组合进行杂交育种,并对各组进行了香味性状鉴定及相关基因的分析。同时,通过气相色谱-质谱和感官评价等手段,对香稻中的香味物质进行了分析和鉴定,并对其香味机理进行了初步探讨。【关键词】香稻;育种;香味;机理【Abstract】Rice is one of the most important cereal crops in the world, and its aroma is one of the important indicators of rice quality. However, the mechanism of aroma formation is still unknown. The purpose of this paper is to conduct a preliminary study on aromatic rice molecular breeding and aroma formation mechanism, in order to explore the formation mechanism of aromatic rice and improve rice quality and yield.This paper first reviewed the formation mechanism of aromatic rice and related research, and then based on the aromatic rice varieties, designed two different hybrid combinations for hybrid breeding, and conducted odor trait identification and analysis of related genes for each group. At the same time, through gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and sensory evaluation, the aroma substances in aromatic rice were analyzed and identified, and the mechanism of aroma formation was preliminarily explored.【Keywords】Aromatic rice; breeding; aroma; mechanism
