However, its survival environment is harsh, and the problem of parasitic insects such as flies is also very serious. The purpose of this study is to identify the fly species in the habitat of camels and to further understand their taxonomy and evolution by ITS sequence detection and analysis. In this study, the ITS sequence of the fly in the camel habitat was obtained by PCR amplification, and its taxonomy and evolutionary relationship information were obtained by complementary construction. The results showed that the common fly species in the habitat of camels belong to the genus of horn flies in the family of flies. The length of the ITS sequence is within the range of 480bp-550bp, and it contains 28 SNP sites, which show some differences between different fly species, which can be effectively used for their taxonomy and evolutionary relationship analysis.
