Recently, an increasing number of studies have shown that calcitriol also plays an important role in immune and inflammatory regulation. In this study, we explore the effect of calcitriol on tracheal transplant rejection in a mouse model, and analyze its mechanisms of action. The results showed that calcitriol can alleviate tracheal transplant rejection by maintaining immune balance and inhibiting inflammation, thus promoting the success of tracheal transplant.【Keywords】Calcitriol, mouse tracheal transplant, rejection, immune balance, inflammation
