A large number of practices have proved that it has an important role in promoting the growth and development of students. Taking high school biology teaching as an example, this article explores the influence of affirmative education on students' academic performance. Through the collection and analysis of literature, it is found that affirmative education can improve students' learning enthusiasm, promote the cultivation of learning interests, and enhance the desire for exploration and knowledge acquisition, so as to improve students' academic performance.
