In the current world economic environment, the development of heterogeneous human capital knowledge has become one of the key elements of enterprise competition. The heterogeneous human capital of high-tech enterprises is more complex and diverse, which requires enterprises to develop, retain and apply these knowledge through effective theoretical and practical means. In this paper, we will introduce the definition and characteristics of heterogeneous human capital, and explore the development model and application of heterogeneous human capital in high-tech enterprises. We will also introduce the knowledge review, internalization, transfer and application which runs through the entire knowledge development process, and propose some practical methods to solve the challenges in the development of heterogeneous human capital.【Keywords】Heterogeneous human capital; implicit knowledge development model; high-tech enterprises; knowledge management; knowledge transfer.
