The research on university competition intelligence is for better understanding and mastering the competition situation of universities and formulating effective competition strategies. Taking Suzhou University as an example, this paper studies university competition intelligence. First, the paper introduces the related concepts, research significance, and research status quo of university competition intelligence. Next, starting from the development process, current situation, and competitors of Suzhou University, the paper analyzes the competition situation and proposes strategic recommendations for Suzhou University to cope with competition.
