Surveys, interviews, and observation will be used to collect and analyze data. The survey will be conducted among non-English major students in vocational colleges to investigate their opinions and attitudes towards autonomous learning. Semi-structured interviews will be conducted with selected individuals to gain a deeper understanding of their experiences and challenges in autonomous learning. Finally, classroom observation will be used to observe the actual learning process of students and explore the effectiveness of their autonomous learning.Expected outcomes:Through this study, we expect to achieve the following outcomes:1. An understanding of the current status of autonomous learning of non-English major students in vocational colleges.2. An analysis of the factors that affect the autonomous learning ability of these students.3. Proposals for effective strategies to improve their autonomous learning ability.Conclusion:The study of the autonomous learning ability of non-English major students in vocational colleges will provide guidance for the development of effective teaching and learning strategies, which will help to improve their overall learning efficiency and promote their career development.
