毕业设计阐明书 基于 PLC 的 四级传送带控制系统的设计 摘要本设计采用三菱 FX2-32MR 型 PLC 控制四级传送带,电动机采用 Y160M-4 型,并且通过变频器来调整电动机的转速。本设计相比于老式的继电器控制克服了接线复杂,故障诊断与排除困难等固有缺陷。并且由于继电器控制是运用布线构成多种逻辑来实现控制,需要大量机械触点,因此可靠性不高;当变化生产流程时要变化大量的硬件接线,甚至重新设计系统,要花费大量的人力物力,花费诸多时间。因而导致了这些企业的生产率低下,效益差。本设计相比于继电器控制具有愈加安全、迅速、可靠的长处。关键词:PLC;传送带控制;变频调速AbstractThis design uses Mitsubishi FX2-32MR-type PLC control four conveyor belts, motors adopt Y160M-4 type, and through the inverter to adjust the motor speed. This design compared to the traditional relay control to overcome the wiring complexity, Troubleshooting difficulties inherent defects. And because the relay control is the use of a variety of cabling components to achieve control logic, requires a lot of mechanical contact, so reliability is not high; when changing the production process when you want to change a lot of hardware wiring, and even re-design the system, to spend a lot of manpower and resources , spend a lot of time.
