精品文档---下载后可任意编辑单质铁、离子交换树脂联合处理化学化工实验室废水的讨论摘要:通过调查、采样分析化工实验大楼的实验室废水中 COD 以及镉、铬、锌、铜、铅等各种金属离子的污染程度。讨论单质铁、离子交换树脂联合处理后的废水中的 COD 和重金属离子的去除情况。结果说明,铁屑投加量在 20g/L—50g/L 阶段时,COD 的去除效果最好,去除率为 91.76%。在 Fe 参加量为 35g/L—45g/L 之间时,废水中的 COD 均到达排放标准。且 Fe 参加量为 35g/L 时处理效果最好,去除率为 94.26%。即铁屑的最正确投药量为 35g/L。各重金属离子的浓度随着树脂投加量的增加而降低,当树脂量到达 100g/L以后,出水中的重金属离子浓度全部到达国家一级排放标准。鉴于节约处理费用,树脂的最正确投药量为 100g/L。当流速在 mL/min 以内时较好的处理效果 ,, , , ,锌离子浓度<1mg/L 到达国家一级排放标准。所以本实验处理流速控制为 mL/min,出水中各重金属离子浓度都可以到达国家?污水综合排放标准?GB8978-2024 一级标准。关键词:化学实验室废水;单质铁;离子交换 Elemental iron, ion exchange resin combination of wastewater treatment chemical chemistry labLiu Weiguo(Water supply and drainage 0601, School of Environmental and Biological Engineering)精品文档---下载后可任意编辑Abstract: Through the investigation and analysis of chemical experiment of sampling in laboratory building wastewater COD and cadmium, chromium, zinc, copper, lead, etc all kinds of metal ions and pollution degree.
