Finally, suffering from green trade barriers for agricultural trade in China, from China's agricultural products, the two factors proposed countermeasures to deal with green barriers.Keywords: barriers to trade; agricultural exports; Zhejiang Province; strategy of market diversificatio0精品文档---下载后可任意编辑1 引 言农业是国民经济的基础，农业的进展关系到农村人口的就业，及食品的安全。作为世界上最大的农业生产国，我国己经具备相当的农产品竞争力，在水稻、蔬菜、水果和畜产品、水产品、茶叶等方面具有较大的比较优势。我国以进展中国家的身份加入 WTO 后，良好的制度条件为我国扩大出口、进展开放型经济提供了宽阔的空间。然而，“走出去”的道路上并非阳光灿烂，作为我国具有相对优势的农产品出口首当其冲，频频受挫。近年来虽然我国农产品的出口额一年比一年高，但我国农产品出口总额占外贸出口总额的比重一直偏低，并且呈现逐年下降的趋势，这说明农产品出口对于整个外贸出口创汇的贡献力度不够。自我国加入世贸组织以来，农产品进入国际市场的大门虽然敞开了，但这并不意味着贸易门槛的降低。非关税贸易壁垒特别是绿色贸易壁垒的强化，对我国农产品的出口构成了严重威胁...
