WinCC 与 WinAC 在模块化生产加工系统改造中的应用孙树文〔北京工业大学，北京 100124 〕摘要：本文在介绍了模块化生产加工系统〔MPS〕结构和功能的根底上，着重阐述了应用 WinCC 组态软件与 WinAC 软 PLC 改造 MPS 的方法，监控主机〔PC〕运行软 PLC 作为主站与 MPS 各工作单元 PLC 从站进行通信，构成分布式控制网络；通过组态软件创立动态监控界面，实现对 MPS 工作过程的实时监控。关键词：组态软件、软 PLC、模块化生产加工系统中图分类号：TP273 文献标示码：BApplication of WinCC and WinAC in Reforming Modular Production SystemAuthor：SUN Shu-wen, TIAN Yue, ZHANG Jian (College of Mechanical Engineering & Applied Electronics Technology, Beijing University of Technology, Beijing 100124, China)Abstract: This article introduces the structures and functions of the modular productions system (MPS). It emphasis on how to the MPS is reformed based on configuration software and SoftPLC. The SoftPLC is studied and realized on the platform of monitor host computer. Via PROFIBUS, the master computer and PLC slave nodes can communicate with each other directly, like a distributed network. This paper introduces configuration of HMI, steps of realizing monitoring and control production process.Keywords：configuration software 、 SoftPLC 、 modular production system目前制造业正在经历一个快速变革的时代，面对剧烈的市场竞争，企业需要提高生产过程自动化水平和产品质量。现代制造业的开展为基于PC 的自动化系统在生产加工和物流系统中的应用提供了宽阔前景。基于 PC 与软 PLC 的自动化系统为用户提供了一个多功能、集成化的开放式平台，其特点在于大幅度地提高了系统的连接性、灵活性和信息存取能力。因此，对监视和控制生产过程以及对生产数据进行归档和进一步处理的需求在不断增加。为了紧跟这一先进技术，在充分利用现有资源的前提下，对实验室原有的模块化生产加工系统〔MPS〕进行了改造，选西门子的SIMATIC 系 列 产 品 ， 用 WinAC 作 为 软PLC、WinCC 作为组态软件，以 STEP 7 作为网络配置与 PLC 程序编...
