人因工程学在钢结构车间的应用VIP专享

摘要在以人为本的今日，人因工程学在企业车间现场改善中的应用是现代工业工程讨论和应用的热点。本文以徐工建机钢结构车间为讨论和应用的背景，试图从人因工程学的角度，讨论和探究车间现场改善及其方法应用。本文在参阅有关人因工程学讨论和应用文献的根底上，阐述和归纳了人因工程学的根本概念、根本讨论方法和讨论内容。从徐工建机钢结构车间现场现状入手，对车间现场环境中不良工效因素，包括噪音及温度、湿度、照明状况等作了详细调查和分析，总结并归纳了目前存在的问题。从系统工程的角度出发，运用了人因工程学理论和方法完成了企业人因工程改善方案的整体设计，确定了现场环境改善方案的设计目标和设计原那么，提出了具体的改善方案和相应的整改措施，并对改善后的预期效果进行了分析。 关键词： 人因工程学， 钢结构， 现场改善Abstract In people oriented society, more and more companies have applied human- factors engineering to improve the enterprise workshop. Based on background of Xugong construction machinery branch, this dissertation aims to apply human-factors engineering to research and explorer workshop site improvement. Referring to the related literatures on human-factors engineering, basic concepts, basic research methods as well as the content under research of human- factors engineering arc illustrated and summarized in this dissertation. On base of investigating workshops of Xugong construction machinery branch the existing problems on the inefficiency in the environment factors over workshops are analyzed, which including noise, temperature, humidity, lighting conditions and so on. From the view points of system engineering and tasking use of human- factors engineering theory and method, the enterprise human-factors engineering improvement framework design is proposed, which set the design objective’s and design principles workshop improvement program.
