摘要随着土木类管理体制改革的深化，工程工程施工管理越来越受到人们的重视，其管理水平的上下成为制约企业生存与开展的第一要素，而质量、进度、本钱控制是其中最为重要的管理要点。本文施工组织设计是针对宁夏石嘴山市隆湖小区给水排水工程进行编制的。结合实际情况，对工程的各分局部项工程施工方案进行详细的编制。在编制时，对工程质量目标、工期目标、工程管理机构设置、施工进度方案、施工机械、周转材料及设备、主要施工方法、劳务管理、平安文明施工、环境保护等诸多因素做了充分考虑。并以国家有关技术政策、规定、业主要求、设计图纸、招标文件、施工现场相关资料为依据。严格根据施工组织设计的编制原那么，从施工全局出发，结合工程的实际情况，利用科学的组织管理方法，合理的组织安排各种资源，使工程到达消耗少、工期短、本钱低、质量高和环境污染最低等最优效果得以实现。关键词：施工工程管理；进度控制；质量控制；本钱控制；AbstractWith the deepening reform of management system of civil engineering ， construction project management is more and more attention is paid to the construction project management has been paid more and more attention，the level of its management to become the first factor in restricting the survival and development of enterprises，quality、schedule、 cost control is the management of the.In this paper, the construction organization design is aimed at Ningxia Shizuishan Long Lake community water supply and drainage engineering preparation.
