II 政策 & 程序 POLICY & PROCEDURES 1. 接到报告后，保安人员要会同大堂经理立即赶赴事故现场。 Afterreceiving the report, security personnel should work together to lobby managerimmediately rushed to the scene of the accident. 2. 向有关当事人了解： Understanding of the relevant parties: 1. 受伤者的姓名 、 部 门 、 工 种 、 当 值 情 况 ； The injured person”s name, department, type of work, whenthe value of the situation; （2） 受伤者的伤势情况； Injured by the injury; 1. 事故发生的具体时间、地点、现场周围环境等情况； Accident, the specific time and place, on-site andsurrounding environment; 1. 导致事故的原因（如操作失误、机械失灵、工作规程不完善、外力影响等）； The cause of the accident (such as operator error,mechanical failure, imperfect work procedures, external influences, etc.); 1. 事故现场是否变动以及变动原因。 Whether the accident scene changes and the reasons forthe change. 3. 如伤势严重需送医院治疗，保安人员要陪同其去医院，并做好下列工作： Such as injuries seriously and sent to hospital fortreatment, the security personnel to go to the hospital, accompanied by, and dothe following tasks: （1）详细记录医生 的 诊 断 和 实 行 的 医 疗 措 施 ； Detailed records of the doctor”s diagnosis and the medicalmeasures taken; 1. 记录受伤者住院的病房和床号； Record injuries by hospital ward and bed number; 1. 假如伤者病情恶化，应立即向保安部或大堂经理汇报。 If the injured condition had deteriorated and should beimmediately reported to the Security Department or the lobby manager. 4. 必要时拍摄现场照片，并收集各种物证，制作现场简图。 If necessary, taking pictures, and collect physicalevidence, making the scene sketch. 5. 保安员要在记事簿上详细记录工伤事故调查处理的情况。 Security guards detailed record work-related injuries inthe diary on the investigation and handling of the situation. 6. 将工伤事故的有关情况登记在“工伤事故登记表”上。 Work accidents registered in the registration form of thework-related injuries 7. 制作一份详细报告呈交给管理当局。 Produced a detailed report submitted to regulatoryauthorities. 8. 根据管理当局指示，将“工伤事故登记表”上报给松江区劳动局。 Instructions under the management authority, theregistration form of the work-related injuries reported to the Labor Bureau ofSongjiang District.
