滑移式装载机产品设计论文

摘 要滑移式装载机亦称多功能工程车。动力一般为 20—50kW，主机质量 2000—4000kg，车速为 10—15km/h 左右。其主要是用于作业场地狭小，地面起伏不平的作业场合，同时为大型工程机械施工机械辅助设备使用。整机外形尺寸小，且可实现原地转向。本次设计主要是对现有多功能滑移式装载机进行造型改进设计，设计主要立足于滑移式装载机本身所具有的灵活高效的机械特性，遵循工程结构特性进行外观造型设计。设计集中对滑移式装载机的动力臂、机身尾部，驾驶室等几个局部进行设计改进。使产品形态新颖大方，比例协调，色彩和谐，表达产品独特鲜亮的造型风格。结构上应追求更合理的细节布局，并根据所学知识和掌握资料对产品结构作出创新设计。展望未来，滑移式装载机今后开展的大趋势是：提高操纵性，减轻司机操作强度，从而提高生产率。关键词：滑移式 装载机 多功能 ABSTRACTDesign of the skid steer loader The skid steer loader is also called the multi-function engineering car.The motivity is general from 20 to 50 kW,the machine weight is about 2000 to 4000 kg,the speed is about 10 to 15km/h.It primarily is used for the a narrow ground or the risen ground,it is lend to support the large engineering machine sometimes.The size of the machine is small, and the machine can change direction originally.This design focus on the form redesign of the current multi-function skid steer loader while maintains its vivid and efficient mecharical characteristics and follows its engineering construction characteristic. The design concentrates on the motive arm, the back of the machine and the bridge house etc. It makes the product appearance nice and the product color moderate and harmonious.The special and clear style has been created.
