吉林大学珠海学院毕 业 论 文现代 ix35 汽车手动变速器设计系 别： 专 业 名 称： 学 生 姓 名： 学 号： 指导老师姓名、职称： 完成日期：2024 年 月 日摘 要 对于汽车变速器来说，手动型变速比自动变速器更难以操作。但是手动变速器有着它有自有的优点，首先手动变速能传递的效率比拟高，比自动变速器来说更节约燃料，在节约燃料的同时，还能提供较好的动力性，在短时间内有较强的加速能力。因此本论文讨论了现在 ix35 汽车的手动变速器，它应用 6 档位变速器，本文对变速器的根本尺寸进行了大量的计算，并利用画图的相关软件对变速器的装配图进行相应的绘制。同时对同步器的尺寸和结构也进行了相应的设计工作。关键字：汽车 变速器 三轴六挡 Abstract For auto transmission,manual type variable speed automatic transmission is more difficult to operate..But there are manual transmission has its own advantages,the first manual transmission can transfer efficiency is higher， more fuel economy than for automatic transmission, at the same time of saving fuel， also can provide good power performance,has strong ability of acceleration in a short time. So this thesis studied the ix35 now car manual transmission, it applies 6 gear transmission,in this paper,the basic dimensions of transmission for a large amount of calculation, and use of drawing software of transmission assembly drawing accordingly.
