中文摘要随着经济全球化的开展，国际贸易竞争日趋剧烈。长期奉行“贸易立国〞的韩国积极推动缔结自由贸易协定，并把缔结自由贸易协定作为抢占世界市场，缓解能源危机，扩大地区影响，促进经济持续高速开展的重要战略举措。韩国有选择地选择 FTA 伙伴，与其展开 FTA 协商谈判，并建立了“重点先行，先易后难〞的 FTA 战略路线。同时，设立专门机构，完善配套政策，使 FTA 走向制度化。通过对韩国FTA 战略分析引发对我国的启示。中国应尽快确立 FTA 战略，加强对 FTA 的系统讨论，建立专门机构具体组织实施 FTA 战略。关键词：韩国；自由贸易协定〔FTA〕战略；分析；中国；启示；英文摘要With the development of economic globalization, the competition of international trade is increasingly intense. With long-term adherence to the "trading nation", South Korea actively promote conclusion of Free Trade Agreements and make it as an important strategic initiatives to seize the world market, ease the energy crisis, expand regional influence, and promote sustained and rapid economic development. South Korea chooses its FTA partners electively, starts FTA negotiations with its partners, and establishes the FTA strategic route of "key first, before the easier". Meanwhile, there are establishment of specialized agencies, completing set of policies to enable FTA to institutionalization. Through the analysis of South Korea's FTA strategy, our Enlightenment is caused.
