中小企业信息化发展模式与策略研究

南京理工大学泰州科技学院学 年 论 文题目中小企业信息化进展模式与 策略讨论 -- 以泉州市部分企业为例 院 系 计算机网络科学与技术 专 业 信息管理与信息系统 姓 名 白玉 学 号 1109120241 指导老师 毛平 2024 年 6 月摘要 文章系统分析了泉州中小企业信息化的进展现状，说明了进行信息化建设的必要性,泉州中小企业信息化建设进程中存在进展不平衡、资金短缺、人才技术缺乏等现实问题,导致企业信息化建设相对滞后，一定程度上制约了泉州中小企业市场竞争能力的进一步增强。文章指出企业自身认清问题所在的同时，政府应加大力度,强化企业信息化意识,引导企业整体规划,循序渐进,分阶段、分层次地进行信息化建设,以增强企业在市场中的竞争优势。关键词 中小企业信息化泉州 Abstract:The article analyze the development of present conditions of the information building process of medium and small sized enterprises in Quanzhou,explain the necessity of information building process ， The problems such as disparate development，shortage of fund，lack of techniques，etc.are revealed in the information building process ， which delay the information building and restrict the competent reinforcement of medium and small sized enterprises in Quanzhou.The article points out enterprises must realize the problems,at the same time,the government should strengthen the consciousness of information building in enterprises，and guide the enterprises comprehensively planning and carrying out plans in different stages ， gradually developing and optimizing ， then run the information building of enterprises and reinforce their competent advantage in the markets.
