安全检查人苏倩摘 要本文简要介绍了港区水务的现状，包括城市污水处理厂的生产指标、平面布置、处理工艺以及主要生产设备等.主要工作是对污水处理厂的安全评价,目的是查找、分析和预测系统存在的危险、有害因素与可能导致的危险、危害事故后果和程度，提出合理可行的安全对策措施,指导危险源监控和事故预防,以达到最低事故率、最小损失和最优的安全投资效益。文中对污水处理厂的主要危险有害因素进行了辨识分析.在评价过程中将污水处理厂分为污水处理系统、变配电系统和沼气收集利用系统三个评价单元，分别用安全检查表法和系统火灾爆炸指数评价法对其进行了评价。评价过程中指出了此污水处理厂存在的安全问题并给出了整改措施和建议。最后给出了安全评价的结论。关键词:污水处理厂 有害因素 危险源 安全评价 安全检查表法 系统火灾爆炸指数评价法AbstractThis paper brief introduces the sewage treatment plant east zone status, including urban waste water treatment plant production index, layout， processing technology, and major production equipment,etc 。 Main task is to evaluate the safety of the sewage treatment plant, the purpose is to find, analyze and forecast system present danger ， harmful factors and may cause danger, harm accident consequences and degree, and puts forward the reasonable and feasible safety countermeasures， guiding hazards monitoring and accident prevention, in order to achieve the minimum rate ， minimum loss and optimal of safety investment benefits.In this paper, the major risk and harmful factors of sewage treatment plant has been recognized and analysis.
