工程项目管理知识体系Suiting Chinese Situation Engineering Project Management Body of Knowledge摘要本文在对一般项目管理介绍的基础上，引入了工程项目管理，主要介绍了工程项目管理的概念和进展历程。同时,比较国内外工程项目管理建设的参加方和基本模式，对工程项目管理的五大知识领域：合同管理、成本管理、进度管理、质量管理和安全管理进行了全面的介绍。最后初步构造了一个工程项目管理知识体系，并分析了我国工程项目管理的进展特点和进展方向。关键字:项目、工程项目、项目管理、知识体系ABSTRACTOn the basis of common project management ， this thesis introduct Engineering Project Management.
