Because of a high risk rate of blasting operation ， security applicationof blasting technology become a hot spot in the research of blasting engineering 。 Taking a project as the example, this paper discusses the application of blasting safety technology and accident prevention measures ， whichprovide experiences and references to the current application of blasting safety technology.【 Key words 】 Blasting safety technology; Preventive measures; Water conservancy project前言当前爆破技术应用在各行业各业中，为各种项目的工程的施工奠定了基础。爆破技术在不断的进展、进步,在给人们的社会活动带来便利同时伴随的风险也日益突出[1］。如何在保证爆破效果的同时保证工程、施工人员的安全由此也成为爆破人员在进行爆破之前首要考虑的问题。1.爆破安全技术1.1 案例介绍随着经济的进展,建筑、水利工程也在如火如荼地进行着。某工程是浙江省重点建设项目，该工程建成后为居民生活、生产用水带来了极大的便利.该工程输水线路建设总长达 111 公里、输水隧洞线路总长约为 10980m、石方洞挖工程量总计约为 641957m3，该工程爆破的工程量因此也相对较大。按每立方米消耗1.55kg 炸药计算,该工程需要约 1000t 的炸药,因此避开爆破带来的安全问题在施工中尤为...
