对建立注册安全工程师执业资格制度法律体系的探讨樊晶光 位 鑫 王宇航 梁文七（中国安全生产科学研究院，北京 100029）摘要 我国的执业资格制度是 1993 年提出的,至今我国已建立了包括注册安全工程师在内的 30 多种执业资格制度。注册安全工程师执业资格制度于 9 月在我国开展以来，已顺利推行了 3 年多的时间。全国既有 11000 多人通过认定或考试获得《中华人民共和国注册安全工程师执业资格证书》。报名参与全国注册安全工程师执业资格考试的有 86000 多人。可以预见，在此后几年的时间里，将有数万人获得注册安全工程师执业资格。但注册安全工程师执业资格制度在我国刚刚起步，怎样推进注册安全工程师执业资格制度，怎样确立注册安全工程师的法律地位，还需要出台一系列的政策。本文仅就建立健全注册安全工程师执业资格制度法律体系进行了探讨。关键词 注册安全工程师，执业资格，法律体系Study on the Establishment of Jurisprudence for the Certified Safety Engineers SystemFAN Jing-guang，WEI Xin，WANG Yu-hang and Liang Wen-qi （ China Academy of Safety Sciences and Technology, Beijing 100029 ）Abstract: More than 30 certified qualification system including Certified Safety Engineers (CSE) system have been established in China since 1993.
