毕业设计（论文）中文摘要题 目 多层住宅沉降安全性分析摘要： 本文通过了天津华侨城项目 18 号楼-24 号楼沉降观测数据进行处理，计算了其沉降量特征值、沉降发展速率，并绘制了 18-24 号楼荷载与每层平均沉降量关系曲线及 18-24 号楼荷载与分层沉降速率关系曲线。并通过统计分析，分析了各栋楼的倾斜情况，总结了多层住宅楼的变形特点和沉降发展规律，为保证建筑物的正常使用和安全，还有以后的勘察设计及施工提供了可靠的资料和相应的沉降参数，也为今后建筑物的结构和地基基础合理设计积累资料.关键词：多层住宅、沉降特征值、沉降速率、沉降安全性毕业设计（论文）外文摘要Title Safety analysis of settlement of multi storey residential buildings Abstract：Through the overseas Chinese town project in Tianjin 18th floor 24, building settlement observation data processing, the settlement characteristic value, the development of settlement rate were calculated, and draw the 18-24, building load and each layer average settlement amount relation curve and 18-24, floor load and layered settlement velocity relation curve.
