摘要课题名称电商平台退货逆向物流研究--以淘宝为例摘 要电子商务促进了物流行业的高速发展,企业退货积压难题与社会对于低碳经济的倡导催生了物流服务的新模式,逆向物流作为一种绿色物流形式正被现代企业重视。产生逆向物流的因素是多方面的:买家对商品的期望与对图片理解的差距、消费者维权意识的增强、物流过程中的操作不当等等都会使得商品退回的现象逐渐增多。由于退货逆向物流区别于正向物流的特点,厂家和消费者在参与到逆向物流的过程中遇到了很多问题,在电子商务竞争越发激烈的现在,逆向物流运作的好坏也直接关系着企业运营绩效。本文从电商平台中的退货逆向物流出发总结六电商平台退货逆向物流发展现状--M 店铺运营现状,电商平台退货逆向物流的一般模式--M 店铺产品的退货。并开展了电商平台退货逆向物流分析,包括电商平台退货逆向物流的产生原因以及电商平台退货逆向物流存在的问题。最后分析问题提出建议,并对电商平台逆向退货物流总结及发展前景进行了展望。关键词:退货逆向物流,电商平台,淘宝IIIAbstractAbstractE-commerce has promoted the rapid development of the logistics industry.
