电子制造业的库存管理研究—昆山富士康为例摘 要进入 21 世纪，企业之间的竞争已由传统的资源和市场竞争转变为供应链之间的竞争，库存管理作为供应链管理的核心，对提高企业竞争力具有非常重要的影响由于市场环境的复杂性、变动的快速性等不确定性等因素的影响，库存管理也变得愈来愈艰难。通过对企业的库存管理的改进，可以降低库存成本提高服务水平和客户满意度。因此，加强对企业库存管理的研究成为物流行业的重要课题。本文以国内外文献研究为基础，以昆山富士康集团的库存管理为研究对象，分析了昆山富士康的库存现状及问题，并根据问题采用一次指数平滑、ABC 模型与供应定位模型构建模型计算提出相对应改善对策，以推进昆山富士康集团库存管理的优化升级。【关键词】库存管理；一次指数平滑；ABC 模型与供应定位模型Electronic manufacturing inventory management research ——Kunshan foxconnAbstractIn the twenty-first Century, competition between enterprises has changed from traditional resources and market competition into competition between supply chains, and inventory management has become the core of supply chain management,thus raising the level of inventory has a very important influence on enterprise competitiveness.
