大学生网络安全意识现状调查及法治对策[摘 要] 随着社会信息技术的迅猛发展，大学生网络失范、网络侵权和网络犯罪问题日益严重，如何预防并减少这些现象的发生，已成为政府、社会和学校必须重视并着力解决的问题。这就需要国家、社会和高校共同努力，通过完善网络安全法治体系；加强网络技术防范与监管；健全高校网络安全教育与监管机制；加强网络安全法治文化建设等手段，共同促进大学生网络安全意识的增强。[关键词] 大学生；网络安全意识；网络法治；法制教育[Abstract] With the rapid development of social information technology, the problem of college students' network loss, network infringement and cybercrime is becoming more and more serious.
