论文题目：关于应届毕业生就业问题及促进对策探讨摘 要就业是社会发展的根本，党与国家格外关注就业问题，就业还是目前大学生最重要的事情。在高等教育普及的社会中，高校毕业人数持续增加，就业负担随之增重，对于偏僻区域的大学生来说，也是重大挑战。大学生能否可以尽早寻找到合适的工作，受到多方因素的影响。故而本文对大学生就业问题进行分析，并提出相应的对策。本文在专家学者分析的基础上，使用调查分析的方式，将部分大学生当做分析主体，在提升学生整体素养的基础上，引导家庭、学校与社会资源，寻找支持以及帮助大学生养成科学就业理念的对策，促进其就业。关键词：应届毕业生；就业问题；对策分析AbstractEmployment is the foundation of social development. The party and the state pay special attention to employment issues. Employment is still the most important thing for college students. In a society where higher education is popular, the number of college graduates continues to increase, and the employment burden is increasing. It is also a major challenge for college students in remote areas. Whether college students can find suitable jobs as early as possible is affected by many factors. Therefore, this paper analyzes the employment problems of college students and proposes corresponding countermeasures. On the basis of the analysis of experts and scholars, this paper uses some methods of investigation and analysis to treat some college students as the main body of analysis. On the basis of improving the overall quality of students, it guides families, schools and social resources, seeks support and helps college students develop the concept of scientific employment.
