I摘 要在学生学习语文的过程中,小学语文教师专业素养的重要性不容忽视,良好的教师专业素养可以提升教学质量、促进学生更好地学习知识、帮助建立良好的师生关系。对龙岩市多所小学的 146 名语文教师进行问卷调查,分析小学语文教师专业情意、专业知识、专业能力三方面的现状。结果表明:小学语文教师专业素养在语文教师职业认同感低、缺乏与同行交流、与学生沟通少等方面出现问题。对此,提出小学语文教师应提升教师职业认同感、加强同行交流促进教师成长、加强与学生沟通交流等解决策略。关键词:小学;语文教师;专业素养 AbstractIIIn the process of students learning Chinese, the importance of primary school Chinese teachers' professional literacy can not be ignored. Good teachers' professional literacy can improve the quality of teaching, promote students to learn knowledge better, and help to establish a good teacher-student relationship. A questionnaire survey was conducted among 146 Chinese teachers in many primary schools in Longyan City to analyze the present situation of Chinese teachers' professional feelings, professional knowledge and professional ability. The results show that the professional quality of Chinese teachers in primary schools has problems in the aspects of low professional identity, lack of communication with peers and less communication with students.
