中小企业成本管理问题研究--以制造行业为例摘 要伴随着经济全球化进程的不断完善，跨国企业在其中的发展越来越好，对本国 GDP 的贡献也在不断增加，逐渐受到本国重视，但在这场经济拉锯战中，中小企业也发挥着重要的作用。当前，中小企业的数量远远高于其他类型的企业，其灵活高效的特点，使其在国民经济中的地位不断上升，并发挥着重要且不可替代的作用。但在经济蓬勃发展的今天，我国中小企业在企业成本管理上存在着诸多问题，比如管理方式的落后、核算方式的单一、成本管控的懈怠，这些都阻碍着中小企业发展。中小企业应思考一个问题即如何突破这些羁绊，打破原有的框架、优化升级，使其在激烈的市场竞争中拥有自己的一席之地。因此，如何解决中小企业成本管理问题，如何开源节流、高效控制成本，这都是中小企业发展的重要课题。本论文将从我国中小企业管理的现状出发，运用案例分析法和文献分析法，以制造行业为例，分析该行业中小企业成本管理存在的问题，并利用案例对这些问题进行分析和论证，找到解决问题的方案。突破限制，使成本管理成为推动中小企业发展的动力。关键词：中小企业；成本管理；制造行业：问题及对策IResearch on Cost Management of Small and Medium-sized EnterprisesAbstractWith the continuous improvement of the process of economic globalization, multinational enterprises in which the development is getting better and better, the contribution to the GDP of our country is also increasing, and gradually attracted the attention of our country, but in this economic tug of war, small and medium-sized enterprises also play an important role.
