题 目: 新疆民营企业的发展战略研究 摘要伴随国内经济的持续进步，丝绸之路经济带与“一带一路”等相关政策的引导，近期新疆民营公司得到更大的发展，开始积极的和世界接轨，民营公司在新疆发展中占据关键位置。此类公司也是新疆社会经济稳定发展的重要构成部分。我国需要使用高效完善的发展方案，加快民营公司的进步，激活经济，发展市场，加快就业，预防危险，最后促进地区经济的长久稳定发展。民营公司数目持续增多，规模也开始变大，得到广大民众的认可和支持，然而新疆民营公司发展中也承担一定的风险：大部分民营公司技术水平不高，人力资源较少，管理呆板，文化发展迟缓，融资受阻等，在一定程度上限制了民营公司的稳定发展。本文从民营公司定义着手，利用全面研究民营公司所具有的优点和在发展时期的问题，对地区发展的影响等，最终指出处理问题的方式。关键词：新疆，民营企业，发展战略ABSTRACTWith the continuous development of China's economy, and Silk Road Economic Belt "and the policy of The Belt and Road" under the guidance of recent years, some private enterprises in Xinjiang have a better space for development, and actively with the international standards, private enterprises occupy the important position in the development of Xinjiang.
