I摘 要班级自主管理作为班级管理的优良模式,对学生成长有着重要影响。尤其对于小学高年级的学生而言,教师有效地把握该阶段学生身心发展的特点,进行班级自主管理,有益于教育教学的组织和完成。本文采用问卷法对小学高年级班级自主管理现状进行调查,发现小学高年级班级自主管理存在班主任是班级管理的主体、学生没有较好的参与班级管理、学生发展自我的空间有限及班主任民主观念不够深刻等问题。班主任管理方式不当、家长缺乏示范作用、学生自律能力薄弱等是导致这些问题的主要原因。笔者认为,学校应当加强对教师的培训,变革评价内容;班主任更新教育观念,改变管理方式等对策,旨在探索更有效的班级自主管理,培养学生的自主意识。关键词:小学高年级;班级管理;自主管理AbstractAs an excellent model of class management, class autonomous management has an important influence on students' growth. Especially for the senior grade students in primary schools, teachers can effectively grasp the characteristics of the physical and mental development of students in this stage and carry out independent management of the class, which is beneficial to the organization and completion of education and teaching. In this IIpaper, the questionnaire method is used to investigate the current situation of the independent management of upper grade classes in primary schools. It is found that there are some problems in the independent management of upper grade classes in primary schools, such as the teacher in charge of the class is the main body of the class management, the students do not participate in the class management well, the space for students to develop themselves is limited and the democratic concept of the teacher in charge is not deep enough.
