I摘 要童谣对于幼儿膳食营养知识的普及、食欲的激发、良好的饮食行为习惯的养成有较大益处。在幼儿的饮食教育中,童谣可以以文学作品的身份,进行专门的集中教育活动;可以用以随机教育,利用一日生活的过渡环节进行花式念唱;可以与区域活动相互融合,给予幼儿游戏和动手操作的机会。利用多种方式使童谣蕴含的食育理念深入幼儿的内心,继而外化于行。教师和家长要重视对幼儿进行食育的重要性,提高运用童谣的意识和能力,使童谣在幼儿食育中大放异彩。关键词:童谣;幼儿;食育IIAbstractThe nursery rhymes have great benefits for the popularization of children's dietary nutrition knowledge, the stimulation of appetite and the formation of good eating behavior habits.In children's diet education, nursery rhymes can be used as literary works to carry out special centralized educational activities; can be used for random education, using the transition link of one-day life for fancy chants; and can be integrated with regional activities to give children the opportunity to play and operate.Using various ways to make nursery rhymes contain the idea of feeding into the hearts of young children, and then externalized in practice.
