我国内河个体船舶联合经营发展模式研究摘要依托强劲的经济增势,近几年来,杭州市内河货运船舶运力规模逐年攀升。截至 2017 年 6 月,杭州市内河货运船舶己逾 62 万 t,其中个体运力达到 55万 t 占全市运力总规模 89%,五年翻了一番,占据了内河货运的绝对主导地位。然而,随着水运市场趋向理性发展,现有“小打小闹”的个体经营弊病己口益凸显,突出地表现为自目发展、恶性竞争、人员素质良荞不齐、经营行为不规范、管理难度加大等等。针对这些现状,有必要对现有的个体运力进行必要的整合,扬其长,抑其短,引导个体经营船舶走规模化经营、集约化管理的道路,实现杭州市内河水运的可持续发展。关键词:联合经营;船舶;市场分析ABSTRACTRelying on strong economic growth, in recent years, inland freight ship capacity scale of Hangzhou city is increasing year by year. As of June 2017, the inland waterway cargo ship in Hangzhou had more than 620 thousand T, of which the individual capacity reached 550 thousand T, accounting for 89% of the total capacity of the city, and doubled in five years, occupying the absolute leading position of inland freight transport. However, along with the shipping market towards rational development, the existing "chipping away" of the individual business has increasingly prominent drawbacks, as well. Since development, vicious competition, personnel quality is imbalanced, operating behavior was not standardized, management difficulty and so on. In view of these situations, it is necessary to integrate the existing individual capacity, enhance its growth and control its short, and guide the operation of individual businesses to scale and intensify management, so as to achieve sustainable development of Hangzhou's inland waterway transportation.Key words: joint operation; ship; market analysis目录..................................................................................................3..............................
