几个外省冬小麦亲本产量性状遗传力和配合力分析摘要:小麦在我国有着重要的地位,小麦是我国主要的粮食作物之一,为了选育出优良的小麦品种,进一步研究其遗传力与配合力,选用 LB-3、JX-11、LXH-1、汝麦 076、洛旱 7 号、济麦 22、青麦 6 号、泰农 18、青丰 1 号为研究亲本,采用不完全双列杂交法,一共选配出了 20 个杂交组合,并对杂交后代的的农艺性状株高,穗长、结实小穗等进行观测。以大田平均数进行相应的分析,并在其基因型等生物水平上对其弄一行配合力进行分析,测量其配合立方差其相对应的效应值。本次试验显示,泰农 18 是所有性状都比较优异的亲本,它的一般配合力都挺高。再者汝麦 076 和 LXH-1 千粒重是提高千粒重的优异亲本。结合特殊配合力效应值分析,组合 JX-11×泰农 18、汝麦 076×青丰 1 号、洛旱 7 号×泰农 18 也可以作为高产量育种的亲本材料。关键词:小麦;农艺性状;配合力;方差;遗传力Analysis of heritability and combining ability of yield characters in wheat parentsAbstracts:Wheat plays an important role in our country.
