内容摘要：伴随着我国网上银行的发展，电子货币的应用也日益增多，为人们的日常网上的交易活动带来了极大的方便，而且随着我国金融体制改革的不断深化和金融市场竞争日益激烈，商业银行加快了电子化步伐，几乎包括了所有与资金有关的电子化的支付工具和支付方式的“电子货币”已成为人们日常生活重要的组成部分。本文在通过梳理电子货币的基本涵义，了解我国电子货币发展的状况和电子货币发展对中央银行货币政策影响，从而指出电子货币面临的问题所在，最后对于如何促进电子货币的发展提出一些建议。关键词：电子货币 基本涵义 发展Abstract: With the development of online banking, electronic money applications are also increasing, as people's daily online trading activity has brought great convenience, but with the deepening of China's financial reform and financial market competition is becoming increasingly intense commercial banks to speed up the pace of electronic, including almost all finance-related electronic payment instruments and payment of the "electronic money" has become an important part of everyday life.
